Abstract: The purpose of this summary is to assess the level of service the Defense Utilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) provides to its customers. Surveying the customers on a volunatry basis will provide necessary customer satisfaction and level of service data required to successfully implement the concepts in E.O. 12862. Responding organizations will include Military Service, Federal/State Agencies, non-profit organizations, buyer organizations, and generating activities who utilize the reutilization/transfer/donation, sales and disposal services of excess DoD property provided by DRMS.
