Abstract: This is a customer/user survey commissioned by the National Performance Review to reinvent Government so that it works better and costs less. This survey is being conducted to help re-engineer the Title VI Compliance and Accessibility Programs of the U.S. Department of the Interior. This survey is seeking feedback from external customers on the Program's processes.
