This form collects information from
persons seeking to enroll in INS Automated Inspection Program. It
also serves the legal requirement to inform applicants for
admission under the Visa Pilot Program that they waived certain
rights they would otherwise have. The collected information will be
used to determine eligibility for automated inspections programs
and to secure those data element necessary to confirm enrollment at
the time of application for admission to the U.S.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
