Extension without change of a currently approved collection
This collection pertains to requests
for records pursuant to the Privacy Act. The Privacy Act provides
that a U.S. citizen or resident alien may seek access or amendment
to their records or any information pertaining to them maintained
in a system of records and referenced by name or personel
identifier.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
