Abstract: EPA MADE MINOR REVISIONS TO THE INSTRUCTIONS AND EXAMPLES TO REFLECT FEEDBACK FROM THE RESPONDENT COMMUNITY. THE BURDEN ESTIMATE HAS BEEN PROPOSED PRIMARILY DUE TO ADJUSTMENTS IN DERIVING THE PREVIOUS ESTIMAT AND EXPERIENCE WITH THE ESSENTIALLY IDENTICAL 1991 HAZARDOUS WASTE REPORT PACKAGE.
