Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of marine tank vessel load- ing and unloading operations. Respondents must submit one-time reports of initial performance tests and reports of noncom- pliance. Recordkeeping of parameters related to the performance of air pollution control technologies is required. The reports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the standards.
