Abstract: This interim rule requires the collection of two types of materials and a third if the first two are returned to the local redevelopment authority: 1) notices of interest from representatives of the homeless and other interests which are submitted to the LRA; 2) a written application submitted by the LRA to HUD; and 3) a resubmission by the LRA if HUD determines that the original submission fails to meet the statutory requirements.
