Abstract: These applications are used in lieu of standard government employment applications as they are more responsive to VA needs. This enables VHA officials to evaluate education, professional experience and credentials. The information obtained by FL 10-341A is considered by the Standards Boards in determining suitability and grade level for appointments in the VA health care system.
