Abstract: The AmeriCorps Referral Form compiles optional information from potential AmeriCorps members. The information is stored in a data base controlled by CNS where it is sorted and distributed to approved AmeriCorps programs upon request. The programs use the information collected via the referral form when they are selecting new AmeriCorps members.
