Abstract: Pursuant to 47 CFR section 43.21(d), each miscellaneous common carrier with operating revenues over $100 million for a calendar year shall file with the Common Carrier Bureau Chief a letter showing its operating revenues for that year and the value of its total communications plant at the end of that year. Each record carrier with operating revenues over $75 for a calendar year shall file a letter showing selected income statement and balance sheet items for that year with the Common Carrier Bureau Chief. These letters must be filed by March 31 of the following year.
