Abstract: The Informal Dispute Settlement Procedures Rule (16 C.F.R. 703) requires disclosures of dispute settlement procedures when offered in a written consumer product warranty. The Rule also provides for information to be available upon request. The Rule requires affected entities to maintain records to show compliance with the Rule.
