Abstract: NSF needs to evaluate the accomplishments and impacts of its Science and Technology Centers program in order to 1) make a number of management decisions regarding the future of the program and 2) report to OMB and the Congress under the GPRA pilot study arrangemement. Information will be gathered from PIs, Deans, industry and education users, and Ph.D. graduates in industry and their supervisors.
