Abstract: The Destination Control Statement serves as a notice to all parties in an export transaction that further shipment to any country not authorized is prohibited. In any OEE proceeding, evidence of the sending of the commercial invoice, bill of lading, or other form of notice of the prohibition against diversion will serve proof of that person's receipt of the notice/DCS.
