Abstract: Form MMS-125 is submitted to MMS's District Supervisors to ensure that they have accurate data and information on the wells under their jurisdiction and to ensure compliance with approved plans. It is also used to evaluate remedial action in the event of well-control loss. Respondents are all oil, gas, and sulphur lessees.
