Abstract: MMS uses the information to ensure we have accurate data and information on the wells under our jurisdiction and to ensure compliance with approved plans. The information is als used to evaluate remedial action in the even of well-control loss. Respondents are Federal OCS oil, gas, and sulphur lessees and operators.
