Abstract: The COPS Supplemental Assistance Request Form will collect information from agencies holding COPS Phase I, COPS FAST, COPS AHEAD, and COPS MORE grants concerning their requests for supplemental awards in the areas of technology, equipment, personnel, and training. Awards will be made on a one-time basis to supplement current grant awards.
