Abstract: Public Law 101-542 requires the Department to modify the program participation agreements of institutions of higher education participating in programs under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. These regulations implement those modifications by requiring institutions of higher education that participate in a program under title IV of the HEA to make available to students and prospective students the graduation rates of fulltime, degree-, or certificate-seeking students and make available to student athletes and their parents, coaches, and counselors information....
