Abstract: SECTION 102 OF HUD REFORM ACT OF 1989 REQUIRES APPLICANTS FOR ASSISTANCE FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION WHICH WILL INCLUDE OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE BEING REQUESTED, NAMES AND FINANCIAL INTERESTS OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES, AND A REPORT OF EXPECTED SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS. A $200,000 THRESHOLD APPLIES TO THIS DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT.
