Abstract: The law and regulations require that a disability annuitant who is restored to earning capacity before reaching age 60 lose his/her annuity. RI 30-2 is used by disability annuitants under age 60 to report their earnngs; this is done annually. RI 30-44 is used to report earnings when the information from the RI 30-2 is unusable.
