Section 2 of the Railroad Retirement
Act (RRA) provides for payment of annuities to retired or disabled
employees, their spouses, and eligible survivors. When the Railroad
Retirement Board (RRB) determines that a overpayment of RRA
benefits has occurred, it initiates prompt action to notify the
claimant of the overpayment and to recover the amount owed the
RRB.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
