Abstract: UNDER SECTION 2(E)(2) OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT, THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD MUST HAVE EVIDENCE THAT AND APPLICANT FOR AN AGE AND SERVICE, SPOUSE OR DIVORCED SPOUSE ANNUITY HAS RELINQUISHED RIGHTS TO RETURN TO THE SERVICE OF A RAILROAD EMPLOYER.
