Abstract: This ICR provides a comprehensive discussion of expanded public participation requirements for RCRA TSDFs. The information collections include submitting a summary of a meeting with the public prior to submitting a RCRA permit application. The recordkeeping requirements include documentation of the notice of the pre-application meeting and maintenance of an information repository. EPA and the public will use the meeting summary to understand community concerns and ensure they are addressed to the extent practicable. The repository will allow the public access to materials relevant to the facility.
