Abstract: REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING INITIAL AND SUBSEQUENT INSURED FARM OWNERSHIP (FO) LOANS. THE BASIC OBJECTIVE OF THE FO PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE CREDIT AND MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE FARMERS AND RANCHERS TO BECOME OWNER/OPERATOR OF FAMILY-SIZED FARMS.
