contractors. This is approved after the 60-day review period due to
the government shutdowns from 12/15/95 to 1/6/96, 1/8/96 to 1/10/96
and 1/12/96. DOL did not solicit comment in accordance with Section
1320.8 (d)(1) of 5 CFR part 1320 therefore prior to the next PRA
clearance DOL shall comply with this section.

Recordkeeping and reporting

section 503, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and 38 U.S.C. 4212 are
