This collection is approved under the following condition: ED will provide OMB, within the next eight weeks, a comprehensive examination of existing information collection packages under the IDEA and it's strategy to move toward a more outcome-based approach. ED's plan must be consistent with the statutory changes that are anticipated through reauthorization and that can be implemented immediately following the reauthorization of IDEA.
