Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved as amended and with the following corrections. To improve the practical utility of the collection, we recommend that ED make several additional changes: (1) under the revised question 3, move question 3(b) to immediately follow 3(a) rather than placing it below the list of target groups; (2) under the revised question 6(a), revise the second sentence to read: If yes, (i) identify any test, questionnaires, or standards methods used, and (ii) identify specific student outcomes measured including changes in student reading levels, numbers of job placements and job promotions, and any other specific increases in education achievement or skill attainment. (3) under the revised question 6(b), revise the second sentence to read: If yes, briefly describe how progress was determined and identify and outcomes identified or recorded; (4) delete the new 6(c).
