Abstract: This study will assess the types of safety seat (CSS) misuse and identify underlying causes and will determine which causes of misuse are based on attitudes, beliefs, or knowledge. It will also identify the characteristics of adult misuses of CSSs that would be useful in development of specially targeted program strategies.
