The FCC will
review FY96 filings of FCC Form 320 to determine an approximate
number of filings prepared under contract by Cable TV operators.
The FCC will use these numbers to determine a more accurate cost to
CATV industry of complying with this collection requirement. The
FCC will also review Section 76.615 subsection (a) to
verify/correct reference to FCC Form 325 Schedule 2. The FCC has
permission to delete the expiration date from future printings of
FCC Form 320 provided it deletes OMB's address from the form. OMB
also received one comment from a party concerned that the leakage
monitoring requirement was too infrequent and posed a hazard to the
safety of aircraft. The FCC should review these requirements with
the FAA to determine the validity of this comment.
