Abstract: This submission requests the revision of the Northeast Region Logbook Family of Forms to extend mandatory reporting requirements to fishers permitted in the Atlantic mackerel, squid, and butterfish fisheries. This action is taken pursuant to the regulations proposed in amendment 5 of those fisheries' fishery management plan.
