Abstract: The duty deferral claimant will make application to U.S. Customs for excess duty paid on NAFTA eligible goods which have been exported to another NAFTA country. This procedure of refunds will become effective for goods into Canada (effective 01/01/96) and Mexico (effective 01/01/01).
