on the cost of this collection when the required notice of the
60-day review is published prior to submission of the request for
review to OMB. Also, a notice of correction should be submitted, if
needed to correct the burden estimate.

This part of the regulation provides
that certain items may be admitted duty-free, such as farming
implements, seed, potatoes, etc., provided the importer can prove
these items were actually used as contemplated by law. The importer
must maintain detailed records and furnish a statement of
use.
