Abstract: Duty-free treatment is given to bonded aircraft turbine fuel used on qualifying aircraft within 30 days of withdrawal. The certificate is used to ensure that conditions for this privilege are met. Respondents will be commercial aircraft operators, airport fuel suppliers, and warehouse proprietors.
