83-I corrected to read: d. "0", e. "437,883", f.1. "437,833." Also
the cost estimates should be reexamined. It is likely that the
costs are mostly recognized in the estimate of hours, but
presumably there would be some programing costs to flag the
activity that must be reported, and perhaps some costs measured in
dollars for the recordkeeping. A Form 83 c should be submitted to
correct the entry. Note that Table 1 of the submission will need to
be updated to correct the cost estimate.

The proposed regulations require any
persons or entities with large positions in certain Treasury
securities to keep records and file reports of such positions. The
regulations will enable regulators to better understand the reasons
for apparent price distortions and causes of market shortages in
Treasury securities.
