Abstract: Academic departments of institutions of higher education that have receive GANN grants are required to demonstrate compliance with stautory and regulatory requirements for the distribution of fellowships and assessing project progress. Report will also be used to determine whether respondents have met the criteria for receiving continuation awards and to make post-first year awards to continuing projects.
