Abstract: The IE-411 provides a single, comprehensive source of information on current and planned electric power supply for the U.S. The data are used to evaluate the current and projected reliability of bulk electric power supply and the effects of unforeseen changes in power plant construction schedules. The nine regional electric reliability councils submit the data.
