This collection,
covering the Third Party Notification Requirements associated with
antennas, was revised to reflect the Report and Order issued for WT
Docket 95-5 on November 30, 1996. This collection covers the
requirements associated with structure owners (licensees): a)
posting requirements, b) forwarding of copies of license
certificates, c) light and marker maintenance, and d) light
outages. Obtaining a license using the FCC form 854 is covered by a
different collecition and the FCC must submit a revision to this
collection to reflect this R&O. The OMB 83-I requested more
hours than contained in the Supporting Statement. The higher number
is approved. Finally, the FCC shall continue to work with the FAA
to streamline the license process and to move towards a single
collection.
