Abstract: REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL LOAN MEDIATION PROGRAM WHEREBY STATES MAY BE CERTIFIED BY FMHA AS QUALIFYING STATES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. THIS CERTIFICATION IS NECESSARY FOR STATES TO RECEIVE FEDERAL MATCHING GRANT FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THEIR LOAN MEDIATION PROGRAM.
