It is noted however that ESA shall recognize in future PRA submissions that there is a burden cost placed on the elderly and beneficiaries when filling out these forms despite the respondents current employment status. DOL did not solicit comments in accordance with Section 1320.8 (d)(1) of 5 CFR part 1320 therefore prior to the next PRA clearance DOL shall comply with this section.
