This collection is approved as amended by ED's revisions of 3/14/96. However, ED has also agreed to revise the notice by removing all requirements included in the selection criteria which do not conform to EDGAR and instead request that grantees address the information as part of the Applicatio Narrative Instructions. ED has also agreed to send OMB a revised package in accordance with these changes for OMB review prior to publication of the notice and application in the Federal Register.
