This clearance retains the terms of clearance established in 1990 which can be found in the docket under this OMB number. Included in these terms of clearance is a requirement for the Agency to inform OMB of planned Data Call-In's for Special Review chemicals. Since the docket shows no such reports since 1993, the Agency shall complete a summary of all Data Call-In's for Special Review chemicals in the past three years, along with a summary of the one(s) planned for 1996. The docket will then reflect the nature of compliance with these terms of clearance.
