Terms of Clearance: This clearance retains the terms of clearance established in 1990 which can be found in the docket under this OMB number. Abstract: Under section 3(c)(2)(B) of FIFRA, EPA may determine that the information is needed to assess whether registration of a pesticide causes an unreasonable adverse effect on human health or the environment. If such determination is made, pesticide registrants must take steps to generate and report the required data.
