consider promulgating a suggested format for the "electronic
database" to be established and maintained by licensees in the 37
to 38.6 GHz bands as required in the proposed Section
21.711(a)(4).

The NPRM proposes to use a channeling
plan and licensing and technical rules for fixed point-to-point
microwave operations in the 37.0-38.6 GHz while also modifying the
licensing and technical rules for fixed point-to-point microwave
operations in the 38.6-40.0 GHz band to make them consistent with
the technical rules we are proposing for the 37.0-38.6 GHz
band.
