Abstract: The NPRM proposes to use a channeling plan and licensing and technical rules for fixed point-to-point microwave operations in the 37.0-38.6 GHz while also modifying the licensing and technical rules for fixed point-to-point microwave operations in the 38.6-40.0 GHz band to make them consistent with the technical rules we are proposing for the 37.0-38.6 GHz band.
