OMB has adjusted
the cost burden figures to reflect an annual cost of $11.4 million
to the industry. This reflects the midrange of the FCC's estimate
of annual cost of $65K to $1.2 million each for 19 respondents. The
FCC is invited to adjust this figure or the burden hour totals
using an OMB 83-C. Additionally, the FCC should evaluate the
continued requirement for this certification after implementation
of the 1996 Telecommunications Act.
