Sempteber 30, 1998. After this date, the collection will no longer
be required.

In the Second Report and Orders in
Docket No. 93-266, the FCC found that it was in the public interest
and in furtherance of its pioneer's preference policy to apply new
rules to pending pioneer's preference requests that had not reached
the tentative stage, as well as to future pioneer's preference
requests. This information will be used to evaluate such requests.
Respondents are for-profit businesses.
