Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved through 4-99 with the understanding that SSA will conduct their analyses according to the April 25, 1996 addendum to the justification. In addition, SSA will qualify the findings of this evaluation to make it clear that the longitudinal component of the evaluation is limited to "mature" Project Network demonstration programs.

Abstract: Project network is a demonstration project that tests alternative approaches to assisting people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. Follow-up information collected is needed to conduct a rigorous evaluation of the demonstration's impact and for an analysis of demonstration benefits and costs. The respondents are participants in the project's treatment and control groups.
