Abstract: This information is being requested specifically for providing a higher level of customer service to Direct Loan schools. Collection of this information will allow us to provide better technical assistance to DL schools and to provide a network data base to schools as an information device that would enable them to communicate with schools that have similar computer configurations, software needs, and processing procedures.
