Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for one year and is to be used for FY95 only. Abstract: Institutions of higher education that have received PRH grants are required to demonstrate their compliance with statutory requirements for distribution of fellowships. Information collected will be used by institutions of higher education to document the eligibility characteristics of students who are scheduled to receive fellowships under the program and the amount of each student stipend.
