Abstract: The information requested will assist the Department in selecting applicants which meet program requirements and demonstrate the greatest need for Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy program funds. The purpose of this program is to provide rental assistance for homeless individuals in rehabilitated SRO housing.
