Common Carrier and Private Carrier Paging services as services
allowed to use its copyrighted MTA/BTA listings rather than
imposing the burden of obtaining authorization to use this
information on licensees. This can be done when the rule is
finalized.

The proposed collection is necessary
to facilitate the streamlining of the Commission's procedures for
licensing paging facilities. The information will be used to
determine if a prospective licensee is qualified and to determine
the existing scope of the frequencies.
