Abstract: The Agriculture Act of 1949, as amended, provides for the making of loan deficiency payments on eligible commodities. Forms required for requesting these payments are used by producers wishing to obtain a loan deficiency payment instead of a price support loan on eligible production. The completed application is used by State and county FSA committees when reviewing a loan deficiency payment request.
