THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION, IN
COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES AND SOME AMERICAN
INDIAN TRIBES, IS CONDUCTING A SURVEY TO OBTAIN DATA ON HOW THE
GLEN CANYON DAM ON THE COLORADO RIVER SHOULD BE OPERATED. THIS
SURVEY WILL HELP GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS MAKE DECISIONS THAT AFFECT
THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE ECONOMY.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
